A midsize sedan that's bound to tick almost every box on your new-car checklist, the 2017 Toyota Camry is, simply put, incredible.
Yet, what -- in particular -- makes it so?
Here now to offer an explanation is Autotrader critic Amanda Salas:
On most models, the Camry receives a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine as standard. Syncing with a six-speed automatic transmission, the base four-banger is rated at a respectable 178 horsepower and 170 pound-feet of torque.
The top-tier XSE and XLE models, meanwhile, offer an optional 3.5-liter V6 upgrade. Also teaming with the six-speed auto gearbox, the V6 pushes out a plenteous 268 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque.
